1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by all of these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will K & A Land Group or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or loss of data arising from your use of the site. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to $500.00 USD.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold K & A Land Group harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your property submissions; (2) use of the Site; or (3) breach of these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Wyoming. K & A Land Group and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
